It's simple - On the 1st of every month, we will announce the theme and start showing designs. New customers have until 20th of the month to subscribe and place their orders, providing the NailDrama Box has not sold out. Your NailDrama Box will be sent by USPS with tracking shortly after.
Yes of course! We don't strictly offer a one-off payment option, there are ways around this. If you'd just like one box, you choose our month-to-month subscription, but remember, subscriptions are re-billed on the 1st of every month so you'll need to log in and cancel the next box before your subscription renews.

Yes we ship to Canada! International shipping fees are $9. You will receive a shipping notification by email when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 7 to 20 business days. Please be aware that international packages may be delayed by customs in your country and that you are responsible for any associated import fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after the order has been processed. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final. We would be so sad to see you go! But subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If you would like to cancel your NailDrama Box subscription, please login into your account and click the button to edit your subscription, and select "cancel". Just remember, you will need to cancel before in order to not be re-billed for next month's box. However, should you cancel your subscription AFTER your credit card has already been charged, you will receive the upcoming box and your cancellation will be activated for all future boxes.
When we mail out shipments, we will send you an email with USPS tracking information so you can easily track your package.
